The four pillars
The Foundation's work is organized around four pillars, declared in the 2025 Annual Report. They are not an organization chart: they are the conditions that must hold for an Indigenous business to move from existing to being able to prove it.

Relationships between Indigenous peoples, responsible companies and States.
Ancestral knowledge
Solutions grounded in the peoples' own knowledge: reciprocity, respect for all forms of life and genuine dialogue.
International rights standard
The human rights of Indigenous peoples as the standard for sustainable engagement.
